Pro-Or's primary mining asset is the Menarik Property in the James Bay area in the Province of Quebec, which has been shown to host, one of North America's largest stratiform chromite deposits. The Company also has five other properties, all located in the Province of Quebec. The most notable of these are Ewart Lake and Fabre, which both, have good gold potential.

In 2009, Pro-Or did exploration work on the Menarik property and we are expecting the report in early 2010, from the geologist, Mr. Yvan Bussières, Eng./Geo and qualified person.
